WHAT ARE THE DATES FOR SEASON TICKETS?
TICKET EXCHANGES
To change your tickets to another performance (of the same show) or to move your seats to a different location, please mail or bring your tickets to the Famous Artists/Broadway In Syracuse Office. Tickets must be returned to the office in order to exchange before the date printed on the tickets. Please note: Exchanges cannot be made at the Landmark Theatre box office.
In Person: From 10AM-4PM, Monday through Friday, Famous Artists/Broadway In Syracuse Office, 374 S. Salina Street, Syracuse 13202. After business hours? Please drop your tickets in an envelope with your name and phone number in our mail slot. We will contact you via phone to select tickets with you from the current availability.
By Mail: Please mail tickets to the Famous Artists/Broadway In Syracuse Office with a note requesting an exchange and your phone number. When we receive your tickets, we will contact you via phone to select tickets with you from the current availability.
LOST TICKETS
We will issue you a seating location pass for the same performance day and seats. The location pass will be held at the box office for pick up one hour prior to performance time. The location pass will not be mailed or emailed. Proper ID will be required at time of pick up and must match the name on the Account. Lost tickets are not eligible for exchanges.
EXTRA TICKETS (Season Ticket Holders Only)
Subscribers can now purchase and exchange extra tickets for the following shows: Hadestown and Six!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Season ticket packages will be mailed out in September of 2021.
