Please note:

• Exchanges can only be made for another date of the same show.
• Exchanges must be made BEFORE the date printed on your tickets. Lost or stolen tickets are not eligible for exchange.
• Physical tickets are needed back in our office before an exchange can be made.

• Exchanges are unable to be made at the Landmark Theatre Box Office at any time.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

In Person: From 10AM-4PM, Monday through Friday, Famous Artists/Broadway In Syracuse Office, 374 S. Salina Street, Syracuse 13202. After business hours – Please drop your tickets in an envelope with your name and phone number in our mail slot. We will contact you via phone to select tickets with you from the current availability.

By Mail: Please mail tickets to the Famous Artists/Broadway In Syracuse Office with a note requesting an exchange and your phone number. When we receive your tickets, we will contact you via phone to select tickets with you from the current availability.
