
- Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster or in person at the Landmark Theatre Box Office (362 S. Salina St Syracuse, NY). The Landmark Theatre Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and opens two hours before curtain on show days.
- All persons entering the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
- Will Call is located inside the Box Office. Will Call tickets may be picked up anytime during normal business hours or on the day of the event. You must bring a picture ID, and it is recommended to also bring the order number and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

- Doors to the Lobby open at 6:30PM.
- Doors to the Theatre typically open at 7:00PM (times may vary).
- Only small handbags, as well as diaper bags, will be permitted upon inspection to the theatre. Patrons have the right to refuse a bag search, and our venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle or discard them into the appropriate trash receptacles at the entry doors. - The Landmark Theatre has options for patrons requiring accessible seating. Please visit Ticketmaster or contact the Box Office at (315) 475-7979, option 3, to purchase these tickets. At a minimum, based upon availability, you will be permitted to purchase tickets for you and one additional guest. You may also purchase tickets based upon availability for additional guests in close proximity to our accessible sections.

- A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available on Salina Street in front of the theatre and on Jefferson Street.
- FM assistive listening devices are available for use during performances. Patrons should ask an usher or a Landmark staff member in order to obtain one. A form of ID may be requested to keep until the device has been returned at the end of the show.
- The Landmark Theatre is happy to accommodate service animals as outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.
- Additionally, accessible restrooms are located on the main floor.
- At this time, there is an elevator that provides access to the lobbies in the basement and second floor levels. Our architecture prohibits an elevator to the loge and balcony seating sections.
- If you are looking for a snack or a drink at an event, please stop by one of the Landmark’s concessions to purchase candy, soda, coffee, and bottled water. At some events, popcorn, and pretzels may also be available for purchase as well as beer, wine, and spirits.
- Outside food and beverages (with the exception of one sealed, 16.9 oz bottle of water per patron) are generally prohibited. Exceptions may be made for patrons with disabilities, individuals requiring a religious accommodation, and for any other individual who may require an accommodation for medical reasons. - Food and drink is allowed in the seating area; however, we ask that you be respectful of the Landmark Theatre and others sitting around you. Please dispose of trash in the trashcans located throughout the lobbies.
- All guests under the age of 30 may be required to show ID to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased inside the Landmark Theatre. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.
- Landmark Theatre concession stands accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express.
- No recording of any kind is permitted during the performance.
- In compliance with New York State regulations, there is no smoking permitted anywhere in the Landmark Theatre, including the use of e-cigarettes/vaping/cannabis. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this regulation is grounds for ejection.
