- Ten (10) tickets or more for the same performance constitutes a group.
- In case of inclement weather exchanges and refunds cannot be issued unless the performance is cancelled by the producers.
- All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Tickets will be issued upon receipt of final payment.
- You will receive an invoice/contract within 5 business days after your group reservation. A signed copy with deposit so noted, is to be returned to our office.
- You may increase the number of your group at any time prior to final payment provided tickets are available. You may decrease the number of your group prior to final payment but your number may not go below the required 10. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
- The final payment is due no less than 4 weeks prior to the performance.
- We accept Cash, Company Checks and Personal Checks with proper ID. Credit Cards are also accepted for group sales. Provided there is enough time prior to the event, a payment plan can be arranged. Group price includes all handling fees.
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due within 10 days of your order. Upon receipt of the deposit, seating will be assigned from the best available.
- Pricing is subject to change daily based on demand. Ticket prices are not confirmed until a contract and deposit have been processed. Any pricing given in advance from advertising is for illustrative purposes and are not confirmed until contract is sent.
