

BOX OFFICE
If you are picking up tickets at will call, please have photo ID ready. Please have tickets in hand/downloaded on your phone and ready to scan when entering the auditorium.

DOORS OPEN
There is a seating hold at the beginning of the show. To avoid missing any of the performance, leave yourself enough time to arrive, park, and find your seats.

SECURITY
All patrons entering the venue will go through a screening process, including a bag check.
For the safety of our guests please do not bring into the building; large bags, purses, backpacks, umbrellas, outside food or drink. Wristlets up to 4″ x 6″ x 1″ are permitted, or clear bags up to 12″ x 12″ x 6″.
There is no reentry or readmittance once you have passed through security.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No food or beverages from the outside (including bottled water) are allowed in the venue.

CAMERA POLICY
No recording of any kind is permitted during performances.

PARKING
Parking is available at City Church Lot, (when church is not in session), State Street Parking Ramp, and the Metro Center Lot.

SMOKING
The Scranton Cultural Center is a smoke free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building.

ACCESSIBILITY
Special seating request must be made at the time of purchase. Please note that seating for individuals with special needs is handled on a first come, first served basis. Note that there is no elevator access to the Mezzanine or Balcony level seating in the Weinberg Theatre. Those who cannot or wish not to climb stairs should select seating in the Orchestra level. CHILD TICKETS
It is the policy of the Scranton Cultural Center that all attendees must have a ticket for entry to an event. As a courtesy to our audience, very young children are not encouraged to attend, except for shows specifically for children or a show designated as family friendly. Children, when admitted with a ticket, must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Persons disrupting a performance will be asked to leave (this includes, but is not limited to, coughing, crying, talking) until the disturbance has been corrected.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Coolers, backpacks, over-sized bags, bottles, cans and glass containers, outside food or beverages, horns, whistles, banners, noisemakers, laser pens, cameras, video cameras, or recording devices, illegal substances, weapons or any other threatening objects.
