- If you are picking up tickets at will call, please have photo ID ready. Please have tickets in hand/downloaded on your phone and ready to scan when entering the auditorium.
- It is the policy of the Scranton Cultural Center that all attendees must have a ticket for entry to an event. As a courtesy to our audience, very young children are not encouraged to attend, except for shows specifically for children or a show designated as family friendly. Children, when admitted with a ticket, must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. Persons disrupting a performance will be asked to leave (this includes, but is not limited to, coughing, crying, talking) until the disturbance has been corrected.
- Theatre Address: 420 N. Washington Avenue, Scranton PA 18503
- Doors to the Cultural Center open one hour before the show.
- Doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes before the show.
- There is a seating hold at the beginning of the show. To avoid missing any of the performance, leave yourself enough time to arrive, park, and find your seats.

This helps to efficiently improve the safety of all patrons and work to get our large crowds into the theatre before show time.
All patrons entering the venue will go through a screening process, including a bag check.
For the safety of our guests, please do not bring into the building; large bags, purses, backpacks, large fixed and non-collapsible ‘golf’ umbrellas (only pocket-sized umbrellas up to 12″ are allowed), outside food or drink.
There is no reentry or readmittance once you have passed through security.
