- Tickets are available in person at the Erie Insurance Arena Box Office or at the Warner Theatre Box Office starting two hours before the performance.

Doors to the Warner Theatre open an hour before the show. Doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes before the show. As a courtesy to the performers and audience, ushers will seat late arrivals during an appropriate pause in the program.
- All patrons are subject to a security screening. Metal detectors are used for all ticketed events. Bags & purses are subject to additional screening slowing entry process, so please bring only essential items. Outside food & beverage is prohibited.
- Only bags smaller than 6″x8″x2″. Clear bags 12″x12″x6″ or smaller permitted. An exception will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags after proper inspection at the venue entrance.
- The theatre is accessible by all main entrances for patrons with disabilities. Anyone needing special assistance is asked to seek an usher. Headsets for the hearing impaired are available at the Manager’s Office at no charge.
- The concession stand sells snacks, sodas, coffee, beer, wine and mixed drinks. Food is not allowed in the seating areas. Only Spill-proof Theatre cups are permitted in the Auditorium.
- No recording of any kind is permitted during the performance.
- Smoking is prohibited in the theatre. No re-entry.

- Weapons of any kind: – In accordance with Pennsylvania’s “concealed carry” law and the right for private entities to ban handguns on their premises, firearms and other weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden on the premises of the Warner Theatre

- Fireworks, Flares or Explosives
- Wallet chains, boot chains, studded jewelry, etc.
- Drones
- Audio/Video recording equipment: The use of audio, video, or digital recording devices is prohibited except for accredited members of the media. *Show personnel reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
- Tripods, monopods and selfie sticks
- Outside food & beverages

- 24 East 8th Street. 310 space garage; event parking available for $5 (not available M-F during business hours)
- 25 East 10th Street. 496 space garage; event parking available for $5
Handicap parking is available at the southeast corner of 8th and French streets.
