Frequently asked questions

Season tickets get you the SAME seat for every Broadway in Binghamton season show. You are able to secure your seat for upcoming shows ahead of their on sale dates while also receiving additional benefits as a subscriber. Season Tickets are purchased through the Broadway In Binghamton office.

Single tickets are purchased individually on a show by show basis and are only available once the show goes on sale. Single tickets are purchased online or in person at the Arena Box Office.

Unfortunately, all tickets purchased either through the Box Office or Ticketmaster are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Subscribers may exchange for another performance of the same show as long as the transaction is made before the original scheduled performance. Time restrictions may apply.

ADA seating includes patrons in wheelchairs who will be viewing the performance from their wheelchair, and patrons who have a hearing impairment and require an interpreter. The Box Office has specific seating reserved for both of these situations, which can be purchased in person at the Box Office.

The prices at the Box Office are the true total price. Ticketmaster adds its own fees when you purchase tickets through them. You can avoid Ticketmaster fees by purchasing your ticket at the Box Office.

Unfortunately, there are no elevators at the Forum Theatre.

All Broadway In Binghamton gift certificates can be redeemed at the Arena Box Office. For any further questions on gift certificates, call 607-772-1391.

Most theaters have odd number seating on the left and even number seating on the right hand side.

The easiest way to request an aisle seat is to purchase the tickets in person at the Box Office. You can also request aisle seats by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 and saying ‘operator’ to talk to one of its customer service representatives.

We do have a limited number of assistive listening devices available at the Forum, with the option of either an earbud or a neck loop for use with hearing aids. Patrons should see a staff member to request a device, and be prepared to provide a driver’s license (or equivalent) for us to hold as collateral to ensure the device is returned.

Please visit the PARKING section down below to view available parking options near the Forum Theatre.
