
- The Forum Box Office is open on show days only. All other tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster, or in person at the Arena Box Office (1 Stuart St. Binghamton, NY). Box Office Hours can be found here.
- All persons entering the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
- Will-Call is located in the Forum Theatre. Will Call Tickets may be picked up one hour before the event at the venue’s box office. Customers must present Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

- Doors to the Forum Lobby open at 6:30PM.
- Doors to the Theatre typically open at 7:00PM (times may vary).
- There is a seating hold at the beginning of the show. To avoid missing any of the performance, leave yourself enough time to arrive, park, and find your seats.
- Only small personal bags are permitted (small purses, diaper bags, etc.). All bags are subject to search. Bags larger than 14″ x 14″x 6″, backpacks, coolers, etc. are not permitted. We do not have a check-in for these items. Please leave these items at home or in your vehicle.Standard prohibited item policy will be in place.
- The Forum Theatre offers accessible seating locations. Please call or visit the Mirabito Box Office to purchase tickets for accessible locations.
- All restrooms on the first floor are handicapped-accessible.
- Please note there are no elevators at the Forum.
- Assistive listening devices are available at Forum events upon request at no cost to you, on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must provide a driver’s license or other ID card for us to hold in exchange for a device.
- Service animals for the disabled are permitted.
- Concessions will be available for purchase before the show, and during intermission. There is no outside food or drinks allowed.
- Please note: Shows without intermissions mean concessions will only be available before the performance.
- No recording of any kind is permitted during the performance.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the Forum and on its grounds. E-cigs, vapor cigarettes, etc. are also prohibited. There is no smoking area available during events.

PARKING
On-street, metered parking is offered as marked in downtown and the near west side. Payment of $1.50/hour is required for metered parking spots from 8:00am–6:00pm Monday through Wednesday, and 8:00am–8:00pm Thursday through Saturday. Payments can be made with cash or card at any nearby Flowbird kiosk or through the convenient and cashless Flowbird mobile app. Many spaces have time limits or additional prohibitions for overnight parking. Abide by all permanent and temporary signage to avoid tickets and fines.
