You may have some questions regarding the upcoming season so we have put together what we believe will be helpful information as you renew your season tickets. If you have yet to receive your renewal information please call the office at 570.342.7784.
WHAT HAPPENED TO MY REMAINING 2019-2020 SHOWS?
BUDDY – THE BUDDY HOLLY STORY has been rescheduled to January 22-24, 2021. Your March 2020 tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. (Ex. – If your tickets are for the Friday evening performance, you will attend on Friday, January 22.)
Unfortunately, both FIDDLER ON THE ROOF and AN AMERICAN IN PARIS were cancelled. We have applied the value of those two shows as a credit which you will see on your renewal invoice.
ARE RAIN, STOMP, and BLUE MAN GROUP SHOWS PART OF MY SEASON TICKET PACKAGE?
Season Subscriptions come with benefits and one of those benefits is the ability to purchase priority tickets to specials. With your season subscription renewal you have the ability to take advantage of this subscriber only benefit. Should you take advantage of this benefit with your renewal, you will receive the best seats and also, if you choose the payment plan, add those tickets to your plan.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
• Pay in Full – You can do this by mailing in your invoice with a check, calling our office, or renewing online
• Pay in 4 equal monthly installments – Call us at our office to set up your payment schedule
CAN I SUBMIT A SEAT-CHANGE REQUEST?
The seat-change process is to first renew your current subscription seats. At a later date, once all renewals have been processed and non-renewed seats have been released, Subscribers will be contacted with an opportunity for seat changes. If you like the new option, you may choose those new seats, if not, you will retain your current seats.
THE SAFETY OF PATRONS UPON RE-OPENING?
We are working with the Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple’s management team to ensure that the local, state and federal safety guidelines will be followed when the venue reopens and we are once again allowed to gather. When these plans are solidified, we will share them with you.
IS THE BROADWAY THEATRE LEAGUE OFFICE OPEN?
Yes. The office is currently open but is limiting in-person visits.
We recommend calling 570-342-7784 between office hours of Mon-Fri, 10am – 4pm. You can also contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
