Will Call Tickets may be picked up one hour before the event at the venue’s box office. Customers must present Photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.


There is a seating hold at the beginning of the show. To avoid missing any of the performance, leave yourself enough time to arrive, park, and find your seats.


Only small personal bags are permitted (small purses, diaper bags, etc.). All bags are subject to search. Bags larger than 14″ x 14″x 6″, backpacks, coolers, etc. are not permitted. We do not have a check-in for these items. Please leave these items at home or in your vehicle.


The Forum Theatre’s main level is wheelchair accessible. Please note that the Forum does not have an elevator or accessible seating in the balcony. Please contact the Box Office for assistance to secure accessible seating for a performance.


A limited number of child booster seats are available at no cost to you on a first-come, first-serve basis.


No recording of any kind is permitted during performances.



No food or beverages from the outside (including bottled water) are allowed in the venue.


Parking is available at City Church Lot, (when church is not in session), State Street Parking Ramp, and the Metro Center Lot.


In accordance with New York State law, smoking is prohibited inside the Forum and on Forum grounds. E-cigs, vapor cigarettes, etc. are also prohibited. There is no smoking area available during events. In accordance with the NO REENTRY POLICY, if you exit the venue for any reason, you will not be allowed back in without purchasing another ticket.


The following items are prohibited:

  • weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, pepper spray, batons, brass knuckles, etc.)
  • outside food and beverages (including bottled water)
  • backpacks, large bags, and sealed packages of any kind (including gifts for performers)
  • other items depending on the event
